Hotel Diplomatic Rome

During our recent stay at Hotel Diplomatic, we were thrilled with the really good location that allowed us to easily explore all the tourist sites in Rome. The hotel is conveniently situated on the quieter side of the river, yet just a short 5-minute stroll away from all the attractions. We also loved being in close proximity to some of the best pizza places and our favorite restaurants in Rome. The staff at the front desk were helpful, especially since we arrived late at night, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean, tidy, and we had the opportunity to experience two different rooms , both of which we found comfortable. we enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony, where we even spotted Rome's famous green long-tailed parrots. we would highly recommend Hotel Diplomatic for a enjoyable stay in Rome.

The location, staff, advice, room, bed.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions. The receptionist team was friendly and helpful, even speaking Portuguese. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The rooms were small, with some differences in size compared to the photos. The beds were low and the mattresses were quite hard.

Excellent location near Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. Accessible to central neighborhoods and many bridges. Delicious breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Experienced staff with good knowledge of area and facilities. Luggage storage option available.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walking distance from the city center. We were able to explore all the attractions easily. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, with plenty of eating options nearby. The hotel had a bus station right next to it, making it convenient to travel around. The staff was nice and accommodating, they even helped us with a special request for a kettle and sugar in our room. We were actually surprised to have a small shared balcony in our room, which added to the overall experience. Despite the room being small, it didn't feel crowded and was sufficient for a couple like us.

The hotel was perfect location in a quiet area near the center, with access to many sights within 10-20 minutes. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities provided everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The view from our window was stunning, overlooking the river bank.

The internet speed was quite slow and unreliable, which was a bit frustrating.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel to and from the city. there were several French shops nearby for shopping enthusiasts, and the airport shuttle bus stop was also close by. The hotel was situated in a tourist area, making it a great choice for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and friendly staff.

The hotel lacked a porter service which could have been helpful in assisting with luggage.
